Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair and service customers PCs and laptops
- Troubleshoot, repair and service customers printers (Full training provided if required)
- Provide onsite support, servicing and repairs for our business customers
- Provide exceptionally high levels of customer service at all times
In Addition you will be expected to Co-ordinate with work colleagues to
- Help operate the store effectively and efficiently
- Grow sales through friendly and knowledgeable interaction with our customers
- Meet monthly sales targets
Key skills/Experience
- Passionate about technology
- Bright and outgoing personality
- Excellent Client/customer service skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Clean and current drivers license
- Genuine desire to develop your career and become a successful manager
